Convenient location. Not a lot of hotel options for the area. Best option of those available. Non contact checkin and checkout. Communications done via text messages. Issues resolved without delay.

I loved the "lobby" where the check in is. It's in am old home and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in and takes you back to a different, older period of time.

We loved staying at The Shelby Inn. . check-in was fast, Ken was very accommodating when we changed our plans, room service every day, central location to restaurants and lake! thank you and we will be back.
